Our Refund and Cancellation Policy: Adventures with a Twist of Flexibility

In the world of outdoor adventure, like climbing, preparation is key. When you book with us, we gear up for your arrival - setting aside top-notch guides and equipment exclusively for you. However, if you cancel at the last minute, we miss out on your adventure and others miss their chance to climb with us. Late cancellations really sting, but we get it, life's an unpredictable climb sometimes. If you find yourself in a tricky spot, give us a shout. Guided Trips:

Secure Your Spot: Full payment is required to book your guided trip.

Cancellation Down-Climb Policy: Cancel up to 5 days before your trip for a 75% refund. After that, we don’t offer a refund, but we're happy to reschedule your adventure to another date.

Weather: If your trip is canceled due to weather or our misstep, we'll reschedule or offer a full refund. Keep an eye on the forecast and road conditions to ensure a smooth journey.

Rentals:

Gear Up: Full payment is needed to reserve rental gear.

No Refund: We don’t offer refunds for gear rentals, but we'll reschedule if needed. 

Gym Membership

No refunds on memberships, but you can cancel before your next payment date. If our system makes a mistake, we'll refund the overcharge.
