Cancellation Policy
Guided Trips
Payment & Cancellations:
- Full payment required to secure your reservation
- Cancel 5+ days before your trip → 75% refund
- Cancel less than 5 days before → No refund
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of your trip (client-initiated) → $100 guide scheduling fee
Weather Cancellations:
- If we cancel due to weather → Full credit toward a future trip
Day-of Policy:
- No refunds once your guided trip has started
Gear Rentals
- Full payment required to reserve rental gear
- No refunds on rental gear
- Free rescheduling available if plans change
Gym Membership
- No refunds on memberships
- Cancel anytime before your next payment date
- System errors or overcharges will be fully refunded
