Not at all! Our adventures are designed to be beginner-friendly, and no prior experience is needed for most activities. Your guide will teach you everything—from gear usage to climbing technique—right on site. We specialize in making first-timers feel confident and safe from the very start.

We provide all technical gear including helmets, harnesses, and specialized equipment for each activity. Just bring comfortable athletic clothing appropriate for the weather, closed-toe shoes or hiking boots, water, sunscreen, and high energy snacks. Your guide will cover specific recommendations during your Pre-Trip Planning Call.

A moderate fitness level is recommended for most adventures. You should be comfortable hiking on uneven terrain for 2-3 hours. Via Ferrata is our most accessible option, while rock and ice climbing is still beginner-friendly it does require a bit more upper body strength. Absolutely! We love introducing kids to climbing. Minimum ages vary by activity: Rock climbing (6+), Via Ferrata (7+), and Ice Climbing (10+). Children must be accompanied by a participating adult. Our guides are experienced with young climbers and make the experience fun and safe for the whole family.

Safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. We know the forecast can sometimes look intimidating, but light rain or cold temperatures typically do not affect our trips—we'll help you dress appropriately. Our team always make the final call on weather-related cancellations.

Here are the details for trip cancellations and changes:

• Payment: Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
• Cancellations (5+ Days Out): Cancel up to 5 days before your trip for a 75% refund.
• Cancellations (Less than 5 Days Out): No refunds if cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling a trip within 48 hours due to client reasons incurs a $100 guide scheduling fee.
• Trip Start: No refunds after starting the guided trip.

Weather Cancellation: If we must cancel due to weather, you will receive full credit for a future trip.

Yes! Every single one of our trips is a private tour. We specialize in customized adventures for all groups, including families, corporate teams, educational groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other parties. Booking is easy through our website or by phone. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the meeting location, preparation tips, and a link to the liability waiver.

Your guide will give you a courtesy call 24 hours in advance to your climb to introduce themselves and touch base over the details.

On adventure day, arrive at the set time of your booking to meet your guide. Your guide will then conduct a full gear and safety orientation before you head out.
